Do not waste your time and have them service your boat. They had our boat from August until this summer when we picked it up from storage. We had them change the spark plugs put a new starter in, a new battery and a cable wire back in August. after the work was done they winterized it, shrink wrapped it and stored it there all winter long. This spring we just sold it so we picked it up from there and brought it home and it would not start. We brought it back and a few days later they called and said it was just the battery that it didn’t have a full charge which seemed odd to me since they had just replaced it and it was a brand new battery and had not even been used one time since they install the new battery. The new owners tried taking it out and got stranded on the river because it would not start so they brought it back in there and Don the mechanic told us that they must’ve been doing something to the battery because one of the wires was loose once they tightened it everything worked fine he said. The new owners then picked it up again brought it back out on the the river the next day only for it to not start yet again. I followed them to the shop bought another new battery for the boat thinking that it must just be a faulty battery only for it to still not work. The new owners brought it back to Don again for the fourth time and was told that it was the spark plugs and charged him 80 to fix it. Now let me remind you that it just had brand new spark plugs installed in it when he did all of the work on it over the fall. Thousand dollars later and the boat still is not working properly and they keep putting the blame on everyone else but themselves. Do your checkbooks and yourself a favor and take your boat elsewhere to get it serviced!
The worst customer service ever. All started in the winter of 2020 bought two brand New snowmobiles and they said all the fluids are topped off and gas in them. That was not the case started them up to ride and the oil light and gas light was on. Next I lost all my electrical on my sled next tome out. They did get it in and fixed but when I got it back the handle bars were all scratched up. So I gave them a second chance this summer to work on my jet ski they said it would be two weeks till they could get it in. Ok not a big deal. Called at the two week mark and they said it’s scheduled to go in on Tuesday. Witch I called on Friday I said not a problem. Tuesday at 4 pm I called to see if there was an update. He said we have not got it in yet. That was my last straw with this business. On my way to go pick it up now 2 and a half weeks with nothing done.
Brandon was an unbelievable, valuable salesperson. He helped us negotiate buying a boat in Illinois and ship it to NH. Our old boat was under agreement and he was so patient waiting for our sale to go through so we could purchase the new boat from him. During all this he even had knee surgery. He always responds to communications and even answered questions after the sale. Most are off into the sunset to never be heard from again, not Brandon. My only regret is that I don’t live in Illinois because I would really love if they could take care of all my boating needs. 10 stars for Brandon and Loves Park Motorsports. Also a shout out for Brandon’s brother Blake. He stepped in to help finish the sale while Brandon was having surgery. Couldn’t have done it without him. Brian Deshaies Wolfeboro, NH
