I came to Loving Lincoln almost a year and a half ago looking to purchase my second vehicle. I am a younger individual and while there it was discovered that I did not have much in the way of credit history to get the car that I wanted. Before it was discovered that my credit history was almost non-existent the staff were quite friendly and willing to help me find my next car. As the day wore on ,however, it became increasingly difficult for me to find a vehicle within my approved credit and price range. They kept bringing older and older vehicles for me to test drive with each car test driven I became more certain that they did not have what I was looking for nor needed. At around 4:30 that day they brought an old beat up 2007 Toyota Corolla for me to test drive that was without a doubt the icing on the cake. The paint job was rough and faded, the windshield cracked and split down the middle horizontally, and the whole interior was dried out and reeked of smoke. They insisted that I take a test drive in it and already had the papers ready for me to sign and everything. I quickly became uncomfortable as I KNEW that was NOT the vehicle I wanted and when I informed the salesman of my decision not to purchase a car that day he became short with me and stated that as soon as I was ready to make a "mature decision" to come back. I hold no ill will towards this salesman for his comment as I know he had a long and rough day but I am still upset over the whole thing and will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Loving Lincoln or ANY other Loving dealership ever. Do not buy a vehicle here, you're better off going to Houston as I did.

I can't speak for their sales department, but I can speak worlds of their service. Jonathan in the service group took the best care of me, my kids and my car. We broke down just south of Lufkin and managed to get a tow back into town. Even our tow truck driver knew Jonathan by name and told us we'd be in good hands. Jonathan diagnosed the problem, got us fixed up and back on the road in just less than a day. He even came to pick us up at the hotel. I don't even remember the last time I'd had service like that at ANY dealership. He was courteous, communicative and did not treat me like I've had some in the past at other dealerships. If I was in Lufkin on a regular basis, he'd have a lifetime customer out of me.
