I was so sad that the beater bar on my Dyson vacuum was no longer working. I had looked into self-repair, or replacing my vacuum altogether, but these folks were amazing. I was given a reasonable estimate; the work was completed in just a few days; I received a call when it was ready, and the price was just what I was quoted. My vacuum is like new now! Thanks for your efficient and friendly service!

Took in oreck upright - they could not fix, 'parts on backorder'. Purchased a replacement Sanitaire. Does not work correctly (no suction), they will not exchange for something else. Will never go back.

I took in a Janome 6600 into this shop a few years ago. The timing was off and the Thread Cutter had stopped working. This machine was essential to me. I needed it to run my small business. When I took in my machine the people were nice, and seemed unknowledgeable when they asked why I didn’t bring my foot pedal. I had to explain to them what an automatic feature was. They also said my Thread cutter was unrepairable and they had to order a new part for it. They kept my machine for a whole week not being able to look at it, I called every other day to see the status and they kept telling me they would have it looked at the next day which never happened. Time was of the essence to me so after a week I went back to get my machine and took it somewhere else, this new place I took it to fixed it within three days and even fixed the thread cutter saying it did not need to be replaced. I am thankful this place did not charge me to keep my machine for the week which hints the two stars. The last time I dealt with this place I called a few months ago to see if they had a Janome M7 in stock because I was looking to buy one. They told me they had a floor model and that it was on sale for 10,000.00. This shocked me because the actual MSRP on this machine was 7999.99 according to the Janome Website. They lied to me and so therefore I went to a different Janome Dealer in Summerville and bought it on an actual sale for 6000.00. I cannot in good heart recommend this place for sewing machine needs. They have failed me every single time and dishonesty is a big red flag for me.

I had a vacuum that didn't work properly. I brought it in and they cleaned the machine way better than I could and it worked like a charm. They didn't even charge me as they felt they didn't do enough to warrant a fee. Really nice people that have your back. 10/10 would shop again.

Brought an old Brother sewing machine on a Saturday and received a call for pick up later the next week! The service was prompt and fair priced. They said they would call if my machine was unrepairable or if the price to fix it was going to be over a certain amount I specified. This ended up not being the case and it was repaired for a fair price and now works better than it ever has!
