Great drop-off service if you don’t have a trailer to haul. Quality equipment. But very very short refund time-5 days. So know for sure what you need when you go. I purchased a trimmer mower to trim a ditch because it fit in the finance terms (I had to spend a certain amount of money to finance), but it was too heavy and not easy to use. Even though we only used it 3 times they couldn’t take it back because it was “used”. As a first time homeowner we didn’t know what we needed and relied on the sales team for their recommendations. Ah well. We will have to find a way to sell it ourselves because it is so difficult to use. Probably won’t return because we just don’t know enough to make these big decisions on our own
