LUCA YOGA helped me so much with dissolving my anxiety. I do private classes with Luca twice a week and I always feel refreshed and ready for my day. What I love so much about it is, Luca really tailors my private class to my needs. I am well taken care of. I can recommend him to everyone who wants to self improve and shift their minds to a fulfilling life. He is so funny and charming while being so professional. I have been taking yoga with Luca for the past 2 months. I did group classes and do privates swell. I have been dealing with lots of anxiety and self doubts and since I practice 3 times a week I can feel such a change in my body and mind. Luca is a phenomenal teacher, he has a lot of knowledge about Yoga, Meditation and the Spiritual Healing. He has always listened to my needs and is answering all my questions. What I mostly appreciate about him is his care about my well being. He goes the extra mile which is rare in our days. I really enjoy Luca’s classes! He makes me feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. The restorative class is my favourite as I like the mix of meditation, breath work and restorative postures. Highly recommend!
