This place is a blessing!!! Got my family in an apartment in a timely manner. The management showed me so much kindness knowing my unfortunate circumstances. Krystal always answers my calls or returns my missed calls promptly. The maintenance has always been polite and completes my requests quickly. The units are rather roomy and I love the lay out. The community is quite and I feel safe to let my babies play outside. This place may not be perfect, but it's home ️. Thank you guys for all you do to keep this place running!!!

I am really impressed with the way this rental property has turned around from being just another “project” apartment complex. The new manager has really turned the place around and is doing more than enough to keep the residents happy and safe. There may be a few less than friendly residents at the complex, but High Pointe Plaza has come a long way from where it was a few years ago and has cleaned up nicely. Kudos to the staff.
The maintenance man was aloud to come in the apartment anytime he wanted work order or not. When the manager was talked to about this she simply said no there’s been no work order. When moving out in between loads the apartment was locked when we left, came back the door was still locked only for us to go inside to find 42in, a 32in and an Xbox gone. Police report was made. Only ones with keys, manager, maintenance, and renter. No forced entry.
This place should have 0 stars. Pool is not swimmable (health department) Closed!! Never had roaches in Texas before.& Went without air conditioning for a couple of months! The ducts need cleaning, This place by is unliveable!! Do not consider moving here!!
The worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in do not move here they never fix anything it takes months fro them to come out, pest control never comes out. There where so many bugs when I moved in the office lady is no help she is also very racist ! I would not recommend anyone stay there at all
