I recently ordered something from Amazon from Lullaby Baby and Amazon sent me something that was not acceptable. I called Lullaby Baby and within 14 hours, the issue was resolved. Customer service was above and beyond! 2 people followed up with me to ensure Amazon took care of it and issued a refund. They even said if Amazon didn't help, they would refund me directly from the store, even though it was Amazon's responsibility. The customer service is really just amazing. What a difference it makes to work with kind, professional people. Thank you!!

Lullaby's attention to customer service is second to none. We returned to Brooklyn with a baby after a few months staying close to relatives and with hardly any of the essential gear we needed already at home. Within just a few hours, Yossi delivered everything - a stroller, crib and several other items. He made our slightly stressful return so much easier and we couldn't be more appreciative. Lullaby will be our go-to local store for all our kiddo's needs. Thanks so much, Yossi!
So impressed with the staff at Lullaby Baby. I ordered a present through Amazon, not knowing that Lullaby Baby was in my neighborhood. Through no fault of their own, the shipment seems to be lost somewhere in transit. I emailed the store explaining that this was a Christmas gift and I was worried I wouldn’t have it in time. Kayla called me within minutes, apologized profusely, and offered me a replacement at no extra charge. When I went to the shop, Yassi was waiting with said replacement and also apologized for the delay. It’s so refreshing to see store owners go above and beyond. They could have very easily blamed the shipping company for the delay and ended the conversation right there. Instead, they did more than I would have expected to ensure my little one has this gift on Christmas morning. My only regret is going through Amazon in the first place- I’ll be visiting the store in person from now on. Thanks Kayla and Yassi!
A neighborhood gem! They have terrific stock and the staff are all so kind and helpful. This is definitely a favorite stop of mine when I look for gifts for new parents. As someone without kiddos of my own, I appreciate all of the recommendations and help Lullaby Baby staff provide when I go in.
