You can never get the man that sits behind the desk to return his calls, he gives you the supervisor number and when you call it her mailbox is always full. I have been trying to do my interview over the phone for Ali it’s 2 weeks. The guy that sits behind the desk calls me 2 hours before on the day of the interview to tell me I have a interview. The letter telling me about my interview arrives the day after the interview. He is not being understood about the supervisor email so when you enter it to send her a email it says it is not valid. I know they are probably overwhelmed but this happens every year. My food stamps will be canceled then I have to fight to get them back which is totally ridiculous.

If they could think beyond what was just in front of them, I feel they would be better at what they do. Just remember they started out being the food stamps people and I feel they should have just stayed there. Maybe get better classes situated for them to be more proficient at understanding and evaluating their job better. Yes I went threw the system with them and when we went to trial while the judge left they all talked about strippers those are the people you have working for you. College education and the Protectors of family and children. It is only about the family \Kids\ if you don't get this I'm not sorry McDonald's is hiring

Don’t expect an actual answer to any question you have, also be ready for everyone in the waiting room to hear every detail of your issue. They don’t believe in closing a door or using an inside voice. Beyond rude and the least helpful people there are.

Been calling multiple times a day for weeks, I work full time, and do not get off in time to get to the office. Lost papers I had turned in for food stamps, so I had to do it again, and they didn’t handle the paperwork I had, and my food stamp case was closed. Being a single mother and not being able to fed your kid, just breaks tour heart.
