I bought this hair a few weeks ago and at first it was all soft and silky but now it’s a nappy tangled mess now idk if it’s because I washed it or what but it tangled way too easy and it’s just nappy. Idk why it switched up like that and I’m very upset because I spent a lot of money!!!! If I would have know this hair would have done this I would have spent my money somewhere else!!! And then it’s shedding soooo much and I didn’t even cut the wefts!!! If I could get my money back I would but it’s past y’all seven day return policy which leads me to believe y’all know this hair a mess!!! But whatever!
