Customer friendly, even though it was beyond the time they were supposed to close they didn’t rush me or anything everything felt natural

I arrived on time to register. Front desk person was pleasant and gave me forms to fill out immediately. The waiting room was designed for spacial distance and my wait was short. The technician told me what to expect and made the experience pleasant. I was in and out much faster than expected, and made to feel like a valued customer. I could get a covid test there every week if I had to.

2 hours 15 and still waiting for a simple physical. I came in to set an appt at front desk because they looked busy. Front desk states are you sure you don't want to wait it'll only be 30-45 min to get done. Poked my head out the door of the exam room and one of the staff is apologizing about something..not sure if they forgot me or what but I recommend going somewhere else
