The experience was poor. Lacking in customer service. The male at the front desk Matthew talked over me and used very abrasive language. I had to call 5 hours later to see if my vehicle was ready. I was told I didn’t need a whee alignment but one was done anyway. Horrid experience. The male at the front desk told me he was the store manager and he is not. I hope this can be fixed because I am seriously considering never going to a Firestone again. Not just this location either.
The service I received here was impeccable! I had a problem with my brakes that I had done at Jiffy Lube. The guys at Firestone not only properly diagnosed the problem but physically showed me and explained everything to me. They even gave a discount on the work to ensure their price was competitive. The customer service was awesome and they had me in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your car service needs!

Terrell Whitty will show you what your vehicle needs and will explain to why your vehicle needs it, and his staff is trained to do the exact same thing. Understand the money you spend here is well worth it.
Came in for an oil change and growling brakes- went through the diagnosis and ended up spending 900 well-spent dollars on new tires, brakes and an oil change. They recommended the battery be replaced as well- I thought the issues were just the car sitting, but nope- battery needed to go too, as I found out a few weeks later when it was very much dead in my driveway. Plus, the wait time was about half what was estimated, which is always nice. I will be back for tire/brake work on my current car and any more cars I have, and I recommend Firestone Timonium.
