Ryan was a great guy. We initially called another company and they no showed us. Ryan and his helper cleared out the room where our family member passed that day and made sure it was safe for us to get in there. Very satisfied with their price and responsiveness.
My opinion as a First Responder myself should hold value to families in need. I myself lost a step son when he was 16 and know the Team at Without A Trace Llc works with every family as individuals. They respond fast and offer fair prices. The Chief is very compassionate and has numerous caring responders. I hope you never need them but if you do be sure to call.
Without A Trace was the first call we made for help. Ryan sounded very convincing on the phone, so we decided to meet him. He promised that we would not be disappointed with the forensic cleanup we needed and he delivered. He was prompt with same day service and when we needed further attention, he was there with no hesitation. Thank goodness people like that exist. I couldn't do what they do.
