I bought a set of tires from these guys which were warranted for 65,000 miles. 17,120 miles later my car failed inspection (at another location) for tires. The inspector proved this to me with a gauge. So that was 700 for tires I wasn’t planning on spending. I of course kept the old tires to file a claim. I took the old tires to the dealership and was told they would file a claim and get back to me. 3 weeks later I called and was told they hadn’t heard anything back. I reminded them I bought the tires from them and I expected them to make this right. I also requested the shop manager call me. Three more weeks have gone by and I still haven’t heard from them. So it is clear they have no intention of “taking care of their customer“. So do I take a legal action, or do I just let it go… We’re only talking 350-400. I will probably just let it go. However this dealership will never get another dime of my money and I was planning on buying a new fusion next year… not now, I am definitely never from them!!! I most definitely do NOT recommend these guys!!!

Shady mechanics.. horrible customer service.. they’re right and you’re wrong... don’t know what they’re doing.. took a vehicle in to have transmission fluid checked and left with a completely different problem.. then they argue with me about it and tell me I’m wrong. I wouldn’t go back there if the service was free.. be careful
Amazing deal on the best vehicle for our family (no pushy sales; considerate of our needs; embraced all 6 kids for the REAL LIFE test drives; ask for Thomas for he listened and worked with us, even via personal cell when closed for New Year's Day, apologies to your fiancé, Thomas), hands down best service we encountered throughout out vehicle search (especially online), and we are now local Apple Ford FAMILY for years to come with free serving options!!!
I don't normally write reviews but I've had such terrible experience with this dealership for years now. I've been there 4 or 5 times and never had a good experience. They're always very rude and not helpful. Most recently I needed to simply program a key. I got told not without an appointment, so I scheduled an appointment and showed up exactly on time only to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes before they even got to me. I will never go here again and will happily make the drive to Roanoke for any Ford dealership needed services.
