We came to the store a month ago to look at mattresses, feeling a little overwhelmed because we didn't know which would fit our needs. Kristie was supremely helpful, was kind to my three small kids, and gave helpful suggestions on which bed set/mattress options that might be good for us considering our needs and budget. We left with a plan and returned to the store today and purchased our items from Rick (who was also nice and helpful). We are grateful for Kristie's help in making a decision because its been some time since we bought and bed and life is significantly different. We are so grateful for her helpful service and are pleased with our experience with Badcock!

WORST COMPANY TO BUY FURNITURE FROM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!! I’ve purchased multiple piece of furniture from not only the Lynchburg location but also the Staunton location in Virginia. The first set of couches I got, I’ve had them for almost 3 years in September of 2021, I’ve purchased warranty’s on ALL of my furniture because I have pets and they made this huge spiel over how it covers EVERYTHING. No, it really doesn’t! I’ve been trying to get in touch with the warranty to get the first pair of couches replaced, they gave me multiple number that were all spam numbers. Then told me the warranty I purchased doesn’t cover any of that. So why sell a warranty with false information? Great company right? Absolutely ridiculous. Someone from this company needs to get in touch with me ASAP.

Absolutely pathetic \customer service\. Bought a table, they loaded the wrong one. Then called us and accused us of basically stealing a different table. Then when we got the right one, it didn't have any hardware with it. Don't waste your time/money with an incompetent business like this. My only regret is that I cant leave 0 stars.
