My first experience with this business was last week. My son's laptop was having an issue with the hard drive. I was pretty sure that the drive was bad but just wanted to confirm that before opening the box on a 150 replacement. I stopped by to see if Boonsboro computer could offer any advice. They did much better than that. I brought the drive with me and the helpful gentleman was able to test it for me and tell me that it was in the beginning stages of failing. He recommended replacing with an SSD and even went to the trouble a finding one to show me what he would recommend. He spent way more time with me than he should have but I left there confident knowing that replacing the drive was necessary. I installed a new one and it works perfectly. This is the kind of help and advice that you rarely get when dealing with problems. Boonsboro computer is helpful and realizes that it is just good business to help people out. Though they got nothing out of this, I will be back when I have an issue I cannot solve myself. Also, I will recommend them to anyone that I can. Great business!

The shop was initially owned by Lee Capps and he had the very talented Chris Wilson working with him. Both are men of the highest personal integrity and moral character. They are also genuinely compassionate and do their utmost to show high regard for each client's personal situation and needs. They are both not just “geeks”, but “geeks with huge hearts” such as you will find nowhere else in the Lynchburg vicinity. The shop is now owned and operated by Chris Wilson, with Lee Capps helping out from time to time.
