My hard drive crashed last night and I could not get it working. I searched through Google today and found iFix. I was so thankful the Sabrina was able to look at my laptop today. She was able retrieve my documents from my old hard drive and move them to my external hard drive. She also put in a new hard drive on my laptop. His work is beyond EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The prices are great as well! The turnaround was much faster than other shops. It is really hard to find a good mechanic for your laptop and I'm thankful I found one!

I dropped my phone to a James River while fishing, it was completely dead by the time I took it out. I had lots of pictures that meant a lot to me. I went to different places and they all told me that the logic board is completely dead and there is no physical way to get the information out of it. I desperately started calling other places and Jimmy said that he can do it as if it's something easy. I don't usually trust kiosks, however, I had no other choice. In about 4 days he called me and said that data transfer was successful, but when I came there, he gave me back the working phone!!! All those places said it's dead for sure and here we are! I was shocked, to say the least. I promised him to share my experience and here I am. Again, Jimmy, thank you personally so much, you're a miracle man!

Walked in with a damaged mic on an S6 Edge. Phone had a small crack in the screen from dropping it, and, another store told me they would have to take the glass off to replace the mic. Could've bought a new phone for that price. Brought my phone in here, and, was told they could just fix the mic without removing the glass. Within an hour, I had my phone back and functioning perfectly again. I appreciate honesty when doing business with people. This is an honest AND fast place. HIGHLY recommend for phone repairs!!!
