I leased the new Terrain from Frank’s in October and this was my first service appointment. The finance person at the dealership was great and he asked me to give the service department a try so I did. It’s not speedy or fast, they had the car most of the day but they were thorough and clean and I trusted them. I found a coupon for tire rotation and oil change 59 and made the appointment on line. When I picked the car up they told me the first service was free and they found a nail in my tire and fixed it for free too. Can’t beet that!

There is a very good chance that I would never want to do business with a car dealership other than Frank's GMC for as long as I'm driving a GM vehicle. The customer service is always on point, both on-phone and in-person. Everybody is kind and respectful and the car buying process is as seamless as possible. Vehicle service is also solid. I'd highly recommend at least giving these guys a chance, whether either servicing your current vehicle or purchasing a new one!

The service team is very efficient every time I go for service. I usually wait for my car to be serviced. It only takes an hour to an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased!

Came for a diesel emission inspection and the service was great. It only took like an hour. Staff are very professional and friendly. Hope to see them next time and have the same customer service
