An excellent experience all the way around. It was easy to schedule and appointment. Upon arriving at the Service Center, a mechanic came out to get the car and I proceeded into the check-in/waiting area. The people at the desk were friendly and very helpful. I had to wait for my car to be serviced even though it would be several hours. I was offered a rental car, but it was easier for me to stay and wait. I appreciated the frequent updates about my car and how easy it was to check out. The waiting room was pleasant even for a long wait!

Before we walked into the Subaru dealer we were greeted by a warm smile and friendly hello. The service was amazing. Steve was awesome not a pushy salesman at all. ( which was refreshing) He listened and he brought the right car out for us to test drive. We loved it and bought it!!! What we did not expect was to have a tutorial of how to use the car also. The last car we bought they did not do that. Jackson was awesome also. He took his time and went through every thing that we needed to know.
