I always tell myself I'm going to write reviews so this time I immediately came in and sat down to. This snows been wretched and I had a prior rock chip repaired by Lexus in Bellevue. Regardless if your chip has been repaired.. it's still at high risk for breaking -- between trying to heat the interior, the temperature difference outside of the car and essentially a snowball -- cracked across the entire RX. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, but it didn't, not at all what I was expecting, and mine had the rain sensing glass or whatever. *Not sure what the rules are about posting pricing, so I won't.. but it WAS NOT anywhere even close to my 500 deductible, if I had gone through insurance. Anyway -- called a few days ago, could have had it scheduled sooner, so good availability, but had it scheduled a few days out for work reasons. Junior showed up to my place and waited for 5 or so minutes as I was getting a car wash at the time (better to get it beforehand). Very polite and understanding. Knows what he is doing. I went inside and emptied the dishwasher, texted a few friends, and got a call that he was done. Looks great. Lifetime warranty on leaks. It was easy as this: Call \u003e\u003e Whens good for you? \u003e\u003e Ok we'll be at your place then \u003e\u003e They're there at the scheduled time \u003e\u003e open the door for them \u003e\u003e 20 - 30 mins (he estimated 30 - 45) and you've got a new window at a legit price. Rules afterwards were to leave the couple pieces of large blue tape on for about an hour, don't have a vigorous car wash for a day or so, that's it. Also of note, it was lightly drizzling, no biggie. Totally satisfied. Gonna post the same review on Yelp too. Good & honest work deserves good word of cyber-mouth. SJT

Window tinting was bad. Very rude service. AVOID AT ALL COST. Agreed on cash price ,which included tax. Junior (owner)wouldn't look at me in the eye and ignored me the whole time, when i showed him all the areas where the tint was not installed correct. He remarked that what you get for paying a cheap price. Very rude.
Professional, economical, and speedy. This local business is excellent. My front windshield got replaced in less than 1.5 hours, at less than half the cost of one of the big chains. Same or better quality glass and installation.
