On my way to the ferry, I hit a curb popping one tire and imploding the sidewall of the other. Daniel took us right in and went the extra mile to prioritize this massive job (including picking up my odd size tires from another location) so I could catch the next ferry and get to work. I felt he was interested in honoring my time and making sure I had a great experience. Thank you Daniel!

Went in the other day because a light popped up on my dash for the tire pressure. They supposedly looked at the tires and proceeded to tell me that MY car just cant read the pressure because the tires didnt match so their was nothing to worry about. Well 2 days later and I have a complete flat. So i feel as if they lied to me and actually made it harder for me to get my car fixed now that it needs a tow. I was ready to fix it the day I went in so im extremely annoyed at the customer service I received at this place. Wont be back to this location.

The associates here are very helpful in educating their clients as to what is going on with their vehicles. Daniel helped me understand how the treads of my tires have gone and how one of my wheels has a bit of damage that causes it to wobble (as I have already noticed when driving and was pointed out in a previous visit as well). He even brought me into the service area to demonstrate what was wrong with the wheel. Great service, especially from Daniel.
Very patient, helpful staff! Got my car back quickly! Happy with the finished product! I had a problem with my bank and was not able to pay upon picking my car up. They were very understanding and let me go figure it out and come back! Thank you for the excellent customer service
