All of the people that I worked with after my adult-child died were very kind, very respectful, and very compassionate. I had not made arrangements like these before, and was completely at a loss. They made the process as easy as it could be, and very professionally too.

Recently, we experienced the death of a young child. Though every death that occurs in your life causes grief and sorrow; the unexpected death of a toddler rocks you to your core. We felt helpless and useless. The decision on where to lay this wonderful little child to rest was extremely difficult. Purdy & Walter's at Floral Hills was very helpful and understanding. They made the process as smooth as possible. The staff at Floral Hills took great care of the family. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ease the strain on this grieving family. We are appreciative of the support that was given by Brenda McCoy and her staff.
I waited for time to pass to write this review so I wouldn't sound like a typical internet review. I still would not recommend. It was unfortunate that we had scheduled my brother's cremation and services during the time our funeral director was going to be on vacation. 2 days prior to the service I stopped by with the payment as well as following up with the replacement funeral director if there was anything left to be done, I find out nothing had been done and she wasn't given any info prior his leaving. Luckily the replacement director Kaaren was able to help and managed to settle all the arrangements in the time remaining. 1 month after the services I had to follow up with him again asking where we were at with my brother's cremation, I was emailed back saying \..I sent you an email a few weeks ago..\. There was no email, there hadn't been any real correspondence that I hadn't initiated asking for a status. The only take away I have from my experience with the original funeral director is that he couldn't have cared less.
My wife of 40 years recently passed away and the good folks at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills handled all the necessary arrangements. They were all very helpful, courteous, and professional. They were a great comfort in a difficult time. And they genuinely care. I can’t say enough good things about Randy. My highest recommendation.
Most of our family is buried at Floral Hills. We had to bury my great uncle this week and alot of us could not attend the service. I was very grateful for the live feed on Facebook so I could be apart of this. Jeremy Beyer was phenomenal as well, he was very professional and courteous while putting our Uncle into the ground. We really appreciated his kindness and sensitivity during this hard time. My family that was able to attend appreciated the staff very much.
