I really liked the services I received from this business. I had an old light fixture removed from the kitchen and added recessed lighting. I also replaced three ceiling fans. Charles and his wife were personable and efficient. I would, one thousand percent recommend his services. ** I blind used this service by reading the reviews on this platform and decided to go with him. I'm glad I did.

Charles Carroll is amazing! He rebuilt my whole shower and he did a lot of electrical work for me. He was fast, responsive, and affordable. It's rare to have a repairman who cares about his client's projects like it's his own. Definitely will be using him again in the future.

After looking at other reviews I decided to call The Better Tradesman to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. Charles was able to fit me in his schedule within two days. He installed the motion sensor faucet without any problems. One of the water lines on my new faucet was not long enough so Charles went to the store and purchased an extension line to complete the the installment. His work was very neat, professional and timely. He was very trustworthy and personable. I would definitely recommend The Better Tradesman to anyone looking for a fair handyman.

Mr. Charles is a wonderful handyman. We hired him for several jobs around our house, and he performed exceptionally with all of those projects. For our deck, he pretty much reconstructed the entire thing for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend him. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. His apprentice, Latif, is very hardworking and we enjoyed his services as well. For any job around the house, Mr. Charles is the man for the job.

I have been owning my towne home for over 17 years. Charles Caroll, The Better Tradesman is the best contractor I have ever had. He started with us many years ago. He was a referral from a friend. I think we began by hiring him to renew our deck. It turned out fabulous! Then he upgraded our kitchen, the the bathrooms, added closets replaced new lighting fixtures throughout the house, installed security lights unclogged our drains and so many other things. When something goes wrong he is the first one we call. If he can do it we wait on his availability and book the time. Top notch service, quality work and in our book they are number one.
