I was only here for a physical because I had no choice in where I got to go. Ok so walk in hand them my paper work sign in, do my 2 sheets of paper go sit down. They never take my ID or anything 45 minutes go by of me sitting in the lobby the lady \misplaced\ my papers. (She had them stuck to the back of my packet) ok whatever. So another 1.5 hours go by and I'm finally pulled back. This is for a physical. They never pulled a weight height or vitals. They never explained the procedure of the hearing test considering I had never had one. They literally said sit down right on this side blue on the other and shut the door. Never explained my results nothing. Go on to my \plysical\ it was the easiest part the doctor I have 0 complaints about it was the office staff/ assistants that made this visit dreadful. So after my physical is complete jm sent back to the waiting room. I'm told to sit and wait they're faxing my paperwork over. Ok great. This should be a 10-15 minute ordeal right? No. I waited over 20 minutes. All of the assistants were in the front 2 playing on their phone 1 calling in their lunch order and the other just sitting there. So waited over 20 minutes and the lady says ms james you can just go we will send it to them... ? Ok. Why did I have to wait an extra 20 minutes then and also you're ordering your dinner but couldn't fax my papers? So no one discussed with me anything about the physical and the staff at the front is very unprofessional I now know to not use them when I need a doctor.

The receptionists are so ghetto and unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable during my physical. A female assistant need to present when the doctor is examining you.
Horrible place that I will avoid at all costs in the future. Very unprofessional, I waited for over 3 hours along with a waiting room of 15 other people. Unprofessional receptionists and equally unprofessional doctors. Absolute worst doctor and doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of going to.
Did a company physical there. I was seen on time, out in 45 minutes ready to start work. Staff was great. Highly recommend.
This place is the worst they don’t know what to do
These were the most apathetic, uncaring medical \professionals\ I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. I went in an hour after spilling BOILING water over my entire right hand at a work event. They asked me complete paperwork. No concern over the excruciating pain I was in whatsoever. I had to ask for an ice pack. No concern over whether or not I could write at all. I'm right handed, and with a burn covering my entire hand couldn't hold a pen without extreme pain. I had to insist on going to a sink to run my hand under water for relief because I was hyperventilating from pain. These people were inconsiderate, unprofessional, and totally apathetic. Find somewhere else to go. Anywhere else. It took 15 minutes just to get the paperwork printed so I could leave to get burn cream and go home to writhe in pain in peace. I would have gotten more compassion from a sociopath.
