Simply had a question about dry ice cost and if I had to pre order for Halloween and for 3 days trying to call the phone had a busy tone. I decided to online chat and they told me that I would have to call a managers number to receive assistance then told me that they weren't selling to customers on Halloween. I am gladly gonna take my business to the mom and pop place that cares for my business.

In this company the regular employee has no voice in the Branch of Allentown PA you have to watch over your rights or they treat you as a slave and the Allen Manager Branch Manager has no ethics, professionalism and much less respect towards his employees, they offer you increases and when the day arrives they tell you that the increase was suspended and the worst thing is that when you give the complaint to the heads of the central offices they do not do anything. You have 2 options or you resign or you allow yourself to be humiliated. In the Allentown Branch, LIE, LIE, LIE, your ideas will be stolen, they will owe you money and you will not have a good time. THE COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW WHO I CONTRACT AS BRANCH MANAGER IN ALLENTOWN PA
They were the best people I've ever met in my life. We needed some dry ice to make ice cream & their service was impeccable.
