If I could give less stars I would! This is a terrible company to work with and their customer service is just the same. I called to get tank refilled and it’s been over 2 weeks so I called to cancel the fill and switch companies. We scheduled a pick up time for next week and they show up 16 hours later and take my propane tank leaving me without heat. If you scheduled something then follow it. If you would have showed up that fast to fill it I would have never switched services. After talking with customer service the best that they could say was “that’s just the way it goes, we hope you have a good day”. This is a terrible company to do business with stay away.....stay far away!

DO NOT use this terrible company!! They will tell you you're on the schedule to fill your tank and not show up only to tell you that you were never on the schedule. Also, they wanted to CHARGE us to remove their tank (after we cancelled their awful service) even though we paid a rental charge every year!!! The customer service is also terrible ..you'll remain on hold for an hour or more only to be hung up on. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but to this company!!!
This review is for Customer Service rep Lacey in Pa. She answered all my questions and really helped my anxiety over now dealing with Amerigas. I explained how spoiled we were out here with Kallam and just feel Amerigas is too big a company for our needs. It was refreshing to talk to someone knowledgeable&compassionate . Thank you Lacey So to be clear Amerigas services are terrible!!!! Another big name company only interested in customer payment!!! Not customer Care or Needs!!! 2 week window during winter months...as long as it doesn't rain or snow or get cold it would be ok!!??!!
