Just bought and ate the Sliced Lemon Loaf (Sugar Free). Nice moist texture but absolutely NO flavor. Might as well have been white bread.

Love these pretzels. The sweet almond nuggets are so so good. I will be getting them again next time.

They are so nice and friendly when I go. Even when they are really busy, they smile and have a great attitude. I love that they have rewards as well on an app. Thanks guys

Fantastic pretzels. Solid variety and specialty drinks as well.

A little more than I like to pay at regular price but when you have coupons and bucky book coupons, makes it well worth the time. The pretzels are always warm, salty and taste good. My kiddo love stopping here when we're at the mall.

I can't knock Auntie Ann's for anything really. I've never had a bad experience, pretzels are always great, lemonade is also amazing. I usually stop for a pretzel and lemonade when I'm in the mall.

Was very disappointed with auntie annes for the first time. I purchased the mini dog pretzels for lunch and after tasting one realized they weren't cooked all the way through. Mine were still raw on the inside! I returned them and explained what was wrong. The staff then didn't apologize. So I asked for the regular pretzels bites instead and ask to be compensated for the difference in pricing because they were cheaper than the mini dog bites. They said it was only a matter of a few cents, I paid for my food in the first place and could've gotten seriously sick if I hadn't noticed it wasn't completely cooked! They should've rcompensated the difference no questions asked since I brought back the uncooked food! I was so frustrated that I just left. East Towne auntie annes lost my business for good today! And I usually would stop there a couple times a week!
