I was blown away by how friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable everyone was. The kratom they sell is the freshest and the best that I have EVER had and at a dramatically lower cost than anywhere I have ever been. I wanted to find a new kratom shop because the one I was going to wasn't impressing me in any area (customer service or product freshness). I googled Kratom shops in Nashville and this place showed up. I read all the reviews and thought I'd go see what it was like. Let's just say I just found my new shop and it's an hour away from where I live. Its definitely worth the travel once a week. I seriously recommend this business if you are looking for top of the line product and customer service. These people know how to run a successful business.

I visited this new location for the first time yesterday. The Madison location if very close to my home. The prices are great, and this is EXCELLENT quality kratom. The owner explained to me that he buys directly from a grower overseas, not a sketchy middle-man. I have been taking kratom for over a year, and I can tell if shop adds fillers or just supplies low quality kratom. I tried a 28gm bag of White, and started with 1/2 my normal dose (about 2 grams). About 15 minutes and I had joint pain relief, greater alertness, an enhanced sense of calm.

this place is great! the kratom is organic and tested for purity so you DON'T HAVE TO WORRY about pesticides or agricultural bacteria outbreaks. big selection, really nice store too. i've been using kratom daily for years and while living in houston and atlanta never had such a nice experience as this. often i find the best option in other towns is to purchase from headshops where prices are high and kratom is an afterthought the shopkeepers are vaguely aware of. the owner at smoky mountain is on sight to inform your purchase and uses kratom himself. not to mention there's cups, spoons, water and lemon juice (a potentiator which increases the effectiveness of kratom when simultaneously ingested) so you can make a cup of kratom tea on sight if you're rushing off to work immediately after like i was. above and beyond, that's pretty cool! i'll be back!
