They made a difficult time for my family even more unbearable. Poor communication all around. They sent my grieving mother a random person's obituary to approve and then left out half the information on the obituary for my father. The correct one was printed in the newspaper almost a week after his funeral. Honorary pall bearers were left off programs for both the visitation and the funeral even though we had provided the information in a timely manner. This business has been around for years and has been highly successful but seems to be slipping. I can forgive making an error but too many were made during our experience without much concern for the unnecessary stress they created.

These are wonderful people who work very hard to make everything perfect in your time of sorrow. I've used them to bury my wife and mother, and I'm very grateful for them
