Why do you have to wait so long (2.5hours) for someone to ask you a few questions. Then they mail you the rest or tell you to scan stuff. They are friendly and helpful but it seems as if they just take their time doing things. If they put a little pep in their steps so much more could get accomplished.

You can't get anyone one on the phone no matter when what number you call,just can't, i need my case worker, don't know who she is or her number extension nothing, this is just wrong

My mom has been on the phone so far for 2 hrs and 34 minutes and still no response. Seriously i understand there are many people that need help besides us but this is absurd to say the least. Please can somebody respond to her.
