We needed to find a softer dry food or treat for our older kitty, Daisy. Sales clerk at the Mahtomedi, MN store helped me find the only product they carry that fits the need, and surprise! Daisy loves it. She can chew the softer bits with no problem. Yeah! Very helpful personnel, well organized store, easy to find merchandise categories. We'll be back!

ALL associates were VERY pleasant. In past I've experienced a couple ANNOYED and impatient associates. Great ladies today!
Last 2 times I’ve gone to this location, who I presume to be managers (jenny and a long blonde with glasses) Have both been short and rude when I feel I’ve been friendly and always thankful for the staff. I can definitely tell the vibe is different and prices are up since being bought out, which is too bad. We’ll be going elsewhere now, it’s a bummer because we’ve shopped at this store for years. I just won’t support poor attitudes from management.
They have almost everything you need, fun store to bring your pup in... although the cashier was ,(super rude) the last time I went in. Honestly I've never had that problem before.
I like how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are. Prices are a little high. But they Carry name brands healthy foods
