I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the professional advice from a structural engineer when purchasing a new home. As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed when my home inspection pointed out concerns with the foundation. I contacted Criterium, and they were able to have an engineer out the following day. Kenton was very thorough, kind, helpful, and relieved a lot of my stress with pursuing the purchase of the home. It was no more than two days from the time I called to schedule an appointment, to when the report was in my hands. Grade A company!

I was very impressed with Criterium-Schimnowski Engineers. Kenton Spading, PE was on time, and listened to my concerns. Mr. Spading performed a thorough inspection, and then walked me through with his findings. He answered all of my questions. Two business days later I have my written report. It clearly states my concerns, his findings and recommendations for any needed repairs. I am grateful and relieved to know my home is in good condition, and what I should consider to keep it that way. Thank you so much.
