We come here for lots of business needs. They have a friendly staff and can provide lots of services including notary. I highly recommend coming here for all your shipping and mail services.
Bad attitude, not professional. I went there for a birth certificate notary, and the lady didn’t check the form, and my form was returned because of modified date. I went back for the same service and same form because the first one is returned. They want to charge me duplicate. It is ridiculous for not doing the first time correct and charge me second time.
I was in need of faxing service and came here to support a small business. Mail and More is owned by a husband and wife couple and they are both certified notaries. They also do passport photos, key kitting, engraved nameplates, and DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping. In addition to these services, there’s also a few cute trinkets for sale - like candles, mugs, bottles, ornaments, picture frames and figurines- to name a few. And in the time of covid, they also have masks, sanitizers, face shields and gloves for sale! With regards to my service, Rita was very kind and patient with me as I had 12 different faxes to send out, about 15 pages each. She kept me up to date with the fax confirmations as they came and apologized for the wait, as fax can take some time. As she helped me with my faxes, I also saw her take care of each customer as they came in in a prompt manner. I highly recommend going here for your office needs!
They take one person in store at a time, and very careful with shipment and very thorough at sending your package off and making sure I have my copy I need . Love shipping here
