Amateur shipping center. The owner is not knowledgeable regarding international shipping and doesn't know what to do. No wonder the reviews are BAD for this business. They had my email, I drove 34 mins each way, no email or phone call. Got there and was told Oh, we don't ship International.
Worst service !!!! I was there for couple mails, the lady was sooo rude, she charged me twice what I usually pay, and to finish, my mail didn’t get in time
This is a great little shop. First off, I *ALWAYS* frequent small businesses when I can. Better to help out the businesses that need it. Second, they're *GOOD* at what they do. When I brought in a package that I had horribly underpacked, they pointed it out and offered to repack for me.. Potentially saved me hundreds of dollars in damages. Love these people, will keep coming back. :)
I always get great customer service here and they have been super helpful when I have a shipping problem. Love the small store and the one on one service!

Great place to ship from. The owner is very professional, great customer service.
Rude staff. Called to inquire about a notary on site, wasn't even given a chance to talk before being told to call back and then immediately hung up on. I've never called a business during business hours to be treated so rudely. Have had issues mailing packages here but was willing to give them a chance for another service. I won't be back.
