Amazing and Professional. With two kids, a wife and working at home our Internet was barely able to keep up. I had called Verizon several times and they had told me that my service was more than I needed to handle my family. The were wrong. I called into Mainline and spoke to Pete. He was easy to talk to and was able to help create a plan that would allow our problems to go away. I received a quote a day later and was scheduled for install 2 weeks after that. Brandon was our installer and showed up on time and followed the proper protocols for Covid. Wearing gloves and a mask he worked in our house for about 7 hours (pretty much exactly what I was quoted) and was able to update my entire network. Clean, professional and funny Brandon is a prime example of what you are looking for in a company. Thank you Pete and the team of Mainline. My family and I are happy!! Can’t wait to get my next upgrade. Music throughout my house!!!!!

I called to inquire about a television being in stock and expected an answer of “no” as every big box electronic store in the area told me. Instead, Matt, was courteous and incredibly informative about the different features between comparable models. Finally, instead of saying they were sold out and there was nothing they could do, Matt was able to place my order over the phone. Amazing customer service experience that is hard to come by in any store, let alone over the phone during a pandemic. Thank you!

My experience with Main Line Sound & Video was outstanding. From the moment I first stepped in the showroom. I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Justin introduced himself and ask how he could help me. As we sat down, he pulled out his book and took notes. We discussed my budget and needs. He was very knowledgeable and displayed outstanding customer service. We finalized the system and moved forward. As questions arose before installation, they were answered quickly. The owner, Pete was very informative and quick to answer questions as well. And last but not least, Kyle the installation pro was also outstanding. He did a great job with the wire management. The spaghetti of wires I had before was cleaned up. He set the system up the way I wanted. They were very clean. Finally, Kyle answered all questions. He made sure my wife and I were completely comfortable with operating the system. To sum it up, Main Line Sound and Video completely exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend them.
