When I lived in DC I went to Makeup Artist DC for my wedding and all my events. I got my makeup done quite a few times here by CoCo La Rue. Everytime I have loved the outcome of it. It is also highly recognize which was great. It does take a while if you are getting coloring done and a hair cut. But it is with it for the low price.
