The buying process was great because of Lisa, I highly recommend if you do go here use her, she was phenomenal throughout the entire process. They told me my trailer would take 4 weeks to come in, then became 6 weeks, then 13 weeks later it was finally in. They said they had no room for the boat to stay at the facility so it would have to be moved, I sled them if they could put it in my yard down the street from them, they said sure no problem. A month later I went down to get my boat and it wasn't at my house. I went to the dealership and spoke with a gentleman working today he said he would make some phone calls and answer I got was sorry nothing can be done. I advised him it's a 2 hr drive from my house I need the boat today, there is no reason it's not ready. He made another phone call and said no one is available to help however if I can drive onto the island and find my boat in a storage yard and it's accessible I can hook up my boat to my truck and take it. Seems to me as if they no longer cared because the sale was done and I wasn't using them to winterize the boat. I ended up finding my boat and having to go buy straps and strap it down because I guess they towed it without straps or used a set from the shop and took them off. No happy since the purchase.

We drove almost 2 1/2 hours to get our boat something we don't regret. We were treated so well by everyone there! Honestly I could write a book about how wonderful they all were but basically you won't regret going there! You not only get a great boat, but great service/support and leave feeling like you made new friends! Thank you!

This was my 1st year (off-season) with Causeway. Our factory dealer was too far away and really did not address our concerns. Causeway has met and exceeded our expectations. I received our boat back this spring in immaculate condition. I am more than happy with every aspect of my service. They are prompt in addressing all of my emails/questions/concerns.
