Stopped by the store a few times, called in many times, left information with 3 different people that work there, everytime I was told we will call you, days and weeks went by, no one ever returned my calls, went to the store the on Saturday, the place was empty, yet no one has the courtesy to return calls. Also was told that the system was down, and will only be back up on Tuesday!! Amazing!! terrible customer service, not really sure how they get more then 4 stars.

Rented my daughters flute for 3 years until she decided she no longer wanted to play the flute. The staff was very accommodating into using our credits for a new instrument for her to try instead of just losing it. Very polite, understanding and willing to help!

I was very pleasantly surprised to find out about this place when I needed a repair performed on my daughters flute. Domenica took immediate care of us. She knew we needed something done right away so my daughter could continue practicing for her weekly lessons. She made sure we had everything we needed to ensure my daughter didn't miss any flute practicing. The other associates I ran into were extremely helpful. They also had a pretty cool Mandolin on the wall that I might come back for soon! :)
