Called and told me my drill was ready, but it wasn't. When I got there to pick the tool up is when I found out that they did not fix it. They did not tell me that they did not fix it, I had to ask what was wrong with it and then found out that it didn't get fixed. Was never called and given the option to have the part that needed replacement replaced or not. Waste of time and money!
