I wanted a regular pretzel. Wanted to sell me a cup of pieces for more. Didn’t really want to make a pretzel for me. Walked away without anything. No sale. So stupid! Bad business practice to try to upsell me and not give me what I walked across the mall to buy.

The cashier Ana B has amazing customer service. She made checking out so easy and overall made the experience wonderful. 100% will be coming back.
One of the reasons I step inside this mall is because of Auntie Annie’s. Love the mini pretzel dogs.
In my opinion as an average Joe is that these pretzels are amazing. I ordered the pepperoni pretzel in bite size and even though there worth 5.00 it's worth it and I loved it. The location is also good too. It's right beside a map of the mall, by Sears, and by the food court to get a good snack.
I waited a while to purchase my pretzels because of a technical difficulty with their credit card machine. Pretzels tasted great, but after looking at my credit card statement, I was charged twice for the same purchase. Tried to reach them on multiple occasions to clear up the issue, but the line keeps ringing.
This is a review for the kiosk by Walmart, not the main front by Sears. Horrible customer service tonight. They have an advertisement for a cup with drink and dipping sauce right there. Tried getting that but according to the cashier that's only for medium cups and the kiosk only carries large cups. When I asked why they even advertise it at the kiosk she just had a flippant attitude and told me "I don't know." I can understand if she has no control over it but the way she spoke to me let me know she couldn't care less about customer service. Perhaps she was anxious to get back to conversing with her boyfriend who was just hanging out at the kiosk. I've not had issues with the main front in the years I've gone to the mall so I'll make sure to go there next time. Or just go to Dunkin donuts which is only a few steps away.
