I have I insurance and my doctor suggested that I go ahead and get a very low prescription… Almost reading glasses since I have benefits. I made the mistake of ordering them online. This only turned out to be a mistake because I have never had glasses before and therefore did not really know my needs. I was in a rush to get them corrected before the end of the year and wanted a doctor close to my house. I called the office of Dr. Bass and Rose. I believe they had one appointment remaining before the end of the year. They worked me in. When I got there the form seemed quite long considering that I was just being fitted for glasses. I had to answer a lot of questions about my health and I almost skipped over them. I’m so glad that I did not do that. I have had trouble with my peripheral vision for many years. I have not driven at night for a long time. I also get very dizzy and have trouble with my equilibrium. I put on my forms that I had had brain surgery. Dr. Rose immediately started asking me questions about that. I was really surprised in fact at the level of questions he was inquiring about. He started putting all these different lenses in front of my eyes and asking me which one was better and worse… But not in the typical way. It was almost more like a neurological exam. As it turns out he has a specialist In trauma. I felt like 2020 what is the worst year of my life but suddenly I began to feel like it turned around. I know I want to see the right doctor for the right reason. I am so grateful that one little review will not be able to express this. I highly recommend this office with great enthusiasm.

This is an exceptional place. I couldn’t be happier with all the staff and Dr. Bass. You are well treated from the time you approach the front desk to the time you leave the office. The entire office are always happy to see you, their professionalism speaks volumes. All of them which includes the doctor will go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased with their service. They treat you with respect and always with a smile. I have been going to this office since last year when I found them online and read the reviews. I decided to give it a try. I am beyond happy with their service and their price. I am going to continue to be their clients for a very long time. Kudos to all of you!!!!
We were referred to Dr Rose (and Dr. Bass) when we first moved here three years ago and he and the staff are fantastic. Claudia and Lauren are always so friendly and helpful with my family’s eyewear needs. They always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and work with your insurance company. We love them. And they have taken health care precautions which we greatly appreciate.
This was my first time, ever, visiting an eye doctor, so I didn’t know exactly what to expect. But Dr. Rose and the staff were all very nice, and they explained every step of the eye exam process. Dr. Rose takes the time to explain what is going on with your eyes and everything he’s seeing, which is so helpful to a first-timer, like myself. This was a referral from a trusted friend, and my experience was exactly as advertised!
I have been going here for years. Everyone there is extremely friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this business!
