Nice gym.. very large space.. they have several Basketball courts and they do physical training for sports too. We came here for basketball practice. Lots of parking too.The entrance is hidden a little bit but as soon as you turn left at the 7-Eleven, make your immediate left. It will start out as looking like a alley side road but keep driving and you will see the complex. It is handicap accessible too. McDonald's and Burger King are in walking distance. #vaelite #lilrussva

This place is a hidden gem. This is an athlete’s playground. State of the art Indoor basketball courts, soccer fields, lacrosse, gymnastics, cheerleading, workout facility, and overall gym. Its clean, good up keep and great staff. This is a place to train, get in shape and have fun!

Great place for youth indoor sports! plenty of parking and seating. The staff is very nice and personable. The place is kept pretty clean too!
