As a previous owner administrator of an assisted living, I was always in search of a good long term care facility to refer my residents. Manassas Health and Rehab is certainly a LTC facility that I would have trusted with the care of my residents. The Director of Nursing is to be commended for her leadership in directing and mentoring her staff. And alongside her is the Executive Director that has a humanitarian perspective much needed in this industry. The ultimate test is to ask oneself, would you bring your own mother to be care for at Manassas Health and Rehab, and the answer is truthful, yes.

I work at Manassas Health and Rehab, and I am proud of being part of the Manassas team! Here we have great people that strive to meet the expectations of our patients and residents. Our nurses, CNAs, housekeepers,Therapy and administrative staff are really committed to our patients/residents and to continues improvement to serve them better every day in every aspect of the services we provide! At Manassas employees are constantly recognized for their efforts to provide an excellent service to our customers which encourage them to keep improving and also make them feel appreciated. I enjoy working here and I sincerely appreciate the opportunity I have been given to work at this facility where I have grown both professionally and personally.

I can't believe this Manassas Rehab, they are working hard to take care my parent very good. they come check my room's parent every 2 hours, and change diapers, clean them. I am very happy all peoples working here Thank you Manassas Rehab

my dad was here with Parkinsons and they took really good care of him. the Mon - Fri staffers are much more attentive and caring than the weekend staff but it was great for my dad. He really liked it and got along with everyone. Unfortunately he passed away (91) due to the disease. My mother is now in their care for Dementia and she is adjusting well and the care is always great! Only complaint is they should do better at monitoring the weekend staff.

My Dad needed to go to a Rehab center, after a hospital stay. He’s independent but needs a little help rebuilding his strength before he heads home. I don’t like rehab centers, but I kept an open mind, and I’m not able to provide the care he needed. The beds are old, and the furniture could use some updating. It is CLEAN, does NOT smell bad, and the staff is AWESOME. I am IMPRESSED and that takes a lot. All questions were answered, my Dad is getting the care he needs and I can relax a little. Everything is in working order that I’ve seen, and the staff is friendly, and responsive. We dropped my Dad off later in the evening. The doors are locked but a staff member was there to let us in. We got Dad situated and assessed to make sure everything was documented. I pop in regularly and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I’m picky, and not afraid to advocate for my Dad. This place is short term for us, but in the future if long term care is needed this place will be at the top of my list. The bad reviews seem to be years ago, and it seems to have improved a lot. I believe in writing honest reviews. I am a family member of a patient and have NOT been paid to write this review.
