Truly, I never thought I would find myself writing a rave review about a pest management company - but here we are. Pest Proof Pest Management quickly responded to an inquiry I sent through their website, and from that moment they were nothing but helpful, responsive, and professional. Eric helped explain that our rodent problem was a symptom, not the disease, and he came up with a remediation strategy that was thoughtful and comprehensive. Tackling a project of this magnitude was intimidating, but Eric and his team gave us the time and space to think about the project and were available to answer any questions while we made our decision. Once we committed to the project, everyone on the team - and I say everyone - was kind, professional, and thorough. Our project spanned several weeks and took a couple of adjustments along the way, and never at any point were we confused about our next steps or the timeline. The team always communicated expectations, calling when they were on their way and letting us know at the end of every day what our next steps were. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone!

Pest Proof is great! They worked with us to meet all our pest service needs! We use them for routine spraying/pest protection. We also got a termite warranty with them. They are so friendly and accommodating as well! We will live on 11 acres and when they came out and saw we had a pond on site, they offered ways to help with mosquitoes too! Great expertise and advice. Every time they come out they call my husband by his first name so he loves the service!
