I love the variety of the items you find at the location. I regret to say that my experience while shopping was quite uncomfortable. The manager was rather unprofessional, unhelpful & needs to be retrained on her customer service and professionalism. I overheard her speaking poorly about other customers and employees and I stayed to listen because I couldn’t believe it. As a 72 year old women I don’t get out much due to the pandemic but was unimpressed specifically to find that was given the title manager, I believe her name was GG and I hope this gets to the right person so you all can reevaluate how she operates this amazing business and treated employees and customers. I love the Salvation Army but I will not be returning to this store. Kindly, Mrs. Suzie

This thrift store is quite impressive. Probably one of the most impressive I have ever visited. Very large and we'll organized selection of merchandise. Most of it was in pretty good shape as far as furniture and brick-abrack is concerned. That being said the prices are a little on the high side. You can find some very good deals here. You can also pay too much for furniture that is over ten years old. At the time of my visit there wasn't much in the way of used/vintage electronics. However there was ample clothing and all in very good shape. The prices were good on the clothes. This store is certainly worth the visit. Plan to spend a hour or more of you want to deal shop in earnest.

This store is terrible!! Rude staff and it is dirty everywhere!! A short spanish woman manager rang me up and didn’t say a single word to me. No hello no thank you nothing at all. She dropped my receipt on the counter and walked away. I asked for her name and another cashier told me it is Vilma. The only reason I knew it was a manager is because I asked to speak to the manager and they said that it was her. I will no longer shop her because of her. If she leaves I will go back. Done.

I would give 0 stars but that is not possible. The prices are on the high side for used items. The customer service is the worst of anyplace I have ever shopped. The attitude of the cashiersis terrible. They round up at the check out without asking. When you talk to a manager about a problem with a cashier, the manager and cashier speak to each other in a different language than what the customer speaks. After spending 150 , they do not deserve my business anymore. I would not recommend this establishment.

This is a very good sized store with lots of good stuff. Although my wife and I didn't find much clothing for ourselves and our daughter, their furniture selection is impressive. At the time of our visit, they had plenty of nice, gently used items (bedroom sets, dining and living room sets) up for sale that if I were looking to furnish a new pad, I would have scored.
