I took a 55” LG to Bob. The screen was blank but the buttons lit up. I had no idea what was wrong. The TV was 10 years old but really expensive 10 years ago so I didn’t want to let it go. He was able to fix it for 130. He was very honest and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend taking your TV there. He will be honest and up front with you. Great guy

I spoke to one of the owners on the phone about getting my an old plasma screen fixed today. He listened to the problem I was having with the TV over the phone and honestly told me the necessary repairs would cost as much as a brand new flatscreen. I am so appreciative of his honesty and saving me a service charge other repairmen might have billed me for the same result. Thanks so much
have a 2010 model Visio 55in that miraculously got a screen break (kids!). called and talked to the owner Bob just now to see if it is fixable. Bob was informative and very honest in his immediate conclusion of it cannot be fixed. He wont have me come in and pay a diagnostic just to find out what he already knows. From that call alone, if i ever have a need for anything he can help with he will be my 1st call. Although i am resolved to buy a new tv, i feel comfortable i got an expert and honest opinion. Mr. Leisse is a tv gurú. A hardworking, salt-of-the-earth persona, you know that you are not being overcharged here. He has fixed one of my tvs and probable five of my family's as I was growing up. He does wonders with LCD HiDef Plasma you name it flat screens and will even take your old huge tube and recycle it and both services are ridiculously cheaper than a chain store would charge you. I highly recommend giving him a call of you need a repairman.
