Just got my conch and helix piercings here. Melissa is amazing. Super professional, friendly and quick. I was terrified of the conch piercing but she made it so quick and virtually painless. She talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It’s almost a full week later and the piercings are healing perfectly. The shop is very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
Would not recommend. I went in for a belly piercing and instead of Melissa telling me my belly button is anatomically correct for a piercing she ended up piercing my surface. Only for the piercing to reject a few months later and I now have a hideous scar above my belly button. I have gone to several other piercers and they immediately note how any piercer should have known to not pierce me there. Very disappointed. She was super nice but I wish she would have just been more detail oriented
Clean, professional, and following all covid protocol. She pierced my daughter's ears quickly and painlessly! We both appreciated that the piercer spoke directly to my daughter and explained the process thoroughly. I'll recommend Moon Flower to everyone!
This is my sixth time being pierced at moonflower over the last few years and Melissa is as amazing as ever! She is quick, professional, and it's as painless as a piercing can be. I will continue to come here for any piercings as long as I live in CT!
