Kyle Blake was our sales representative, but we interacted with others on the team as well. Each interaction exceeded our expectations. Kyle made sure we got exactly the car we wanted, even though it had to come directly from the factory. Prices were forthright and never did I feel pressured to buy. Mungenast saved us money compared to a proposal we got locally, and overdelivered on service and courtesy. Kyle even spent his personal time to drive the vehicle two hours to meet us, saving us valuable time in the delivery process. I could not recommend Mungenast and Kyle Blake more highly! Awesome every time I go, Lexus has perfected the customer service experience. It is role model others should follow. Beautiful waiting room, free coffee and soda, TV. Service Manager comes and gets you when your car is ready, its washed no matter what you had done and the workmanship is excellent. This is my 3rd Lexus.

Brendan sold me an extended warranty on my Lexus ,was also the person who originally did the finance paperwork. Great guy , good customer service ,answered all questions honestly which can be hard to find in this day and age. Really get the up town experience at Mungenast. Beautiful showroom . This is my first time buying a car with an actual dealership and I was comforted by the fact that I wasn’t pressured into anything. I came in knowing what I wanted and got a fair price for it.
