Will forever hold a place in my heart. Rip the best Thai in TriBeCa. Affordable, courteous and daring. You will be sorely missed after decades of quality food.

Nice little neighborhood Thai restaurant in Tribeca. They have a vegetarian section on their menu with mock meats or just vegetables. The mango soy chicken I had was tasty. I'll be back to try their other items.

Only good lunch around here. I thought all lunch places in this area are awful until I found MAM. Though its portion is not as big as Lanaam in mid town, the taste fits me very well. The manager Michael and waiters Ricky and Johnny are very friendly and efficient. I started with the deli-style take-out next door, but then they only make sandwiches there, so I switched to the sit-down room. The only issue is that it's very crowded during 12:30pm-1:30pm, so I usually try to have early or late lunch.

The food is by far the best Thai food I've had the lunch special is very affordable my favorite is the spicy chicken in black bean sauce and the Mango chicken. The place is small and gets crowded fast for lunch but the food and service is very worth the wait.

Great inexpensive food downtown. Service was fine and the food fresh and tasty.

This is really two restaurants in one. I enjoyed my spicy soup on the Thai side, but the real jewel is the attached sandwich side of the restaurant. Their twelve varieties of banh mi sandwiches are simply delicious. I eat a sandwich from there every day. Literally. I walk in and say, "the usual." and they know exactly what to make: a spicy portobello mushroom banh mi on toasted 7-grain bread. Yum.

Really nice Asian cuisine in the downtown area.

any place claiming "authentic" in their window is as dead a giveaway as "best pizza". if like gloppy, overly sweet amerithai, you've come to the right place.
