Extremely rude and immature. Was charged a 70% markup on an international shipment and later told \We charge a substantial markup for postal items \ and when I inquired about how they reached that cost figure on those fees (such as a percentage or cost tiers), I was told \That is NONE of your business\. It comes off as extremely dishonest and borderline criminal to not be transparent about what the extra charge is used for but to add to that rudeness, hostility and responding to emails with \NO\, is hardly helpful and a poor way to run a business or treat people in general. At no point was I demanding a refund. I just wanted to know why the 70% markup and would have given repeat business because I could have dealt with such a mark up; if I understood there was a viable reason. Unfortunately, they opted to act sketchy and treat me like dirt. On top of everything, the inappropriate behavior is attributed to it being the holiday season. It is pretty pathetic and heartless to gouge shipping costs during a time where people will be shipping gifts to family and friends who cannot be with each other due to the pandemic.

Two women here at this store are condescending disrespectful. They don't know how to press a hold button, so I heard their entire conversation, that was very disparaging to me.
Expensive for a PO Box, but worth every single penny. Adore Trish!
