I had a great experience with RV Value Mart. The toyhauler was exactly what I needed and Praise the Lord, they HAD IT IN STOCK!! My boys and I are vacationing in Florida with the camper as I write this. Their price beat ALL others. The salesman was very helpful, and HE KNEW THE CAMPER!!!. Amazing!!! The transaction went smooth and fast. I believe my new Cruiser MPG will last a long time. But my next camper will come from RV Value Mart. If you are looking for a camper,quit wasting precious time!. A very coustermer friendly experience, although a sellers market the staff did insure a cost savings experience. The younger Mr.Justin Martin couldn't have been more direct or honest about the short commings of the used trailer. The sales team operated as a pit crew making arrival to towing a nice addition to our camping family, in less than 2.5 hours. Thank goodness that honesty, integrity are still a main stay of rural America.
This was our family's first RV buying experience and I am so glad I chose RV Value Mart for that first experience. The staff was absolutely amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous and went out of their way to make sure we found the RV that met our families needs. My sales representative was Mitchell and he was a consummate professional throughout the entire process, ensuring all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. His communication was exceptional. What I really enjoyed is that and no one tried to take advantage of me and sell me something I didn't want or wasn't ready for. We purchased the Cruiser MPG 2800QB at around 25K, considerably less than other dealers we had researched. The financing process was painless thanks to Chris and the walkthrough gave us an opportunity to learn everything about the RV before we drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed.
Easy process. We knew the camper we wanted and they had it at a great price. The process was quick and easy and we couldn’t be happier. They also didn’t try to sell us any extras or push anything we didn’t need.
We didn't buy today the salesman new we are in the tire kicking stages his name is Jeff. He answered all my questions drove us on around on the cart and was very knowledgeable and super nice ... a great experience no pressure or rushing
